1. Download your combo list. I recommend gathering a collective amount no less than 500k and no more than 2mil. Open the list (combine them if you must) in Notepad++.
2. Open settings in Notepad ++. Set a shortcut key if you like for 'Remove Bookmarked Lines'.
3. Goto Macro ... Start Recording
4. Search ... Mark ... Bookmark all matches ... Enter these search terms:
