Okay lets get started
1. Go here
2. Go down till you see tell us more and select Gift cards and Promotions, then from the other drop down select other promotion questions
3. Start a live chat and tell them that you went to a store the other day to add money into your account with amazon cash and its been more than a day and no money has been added
4.Go through all their troubleshooting steps and be smart and patient with them
5. When they ask for receipt, give it to them
6. And then pray to God that they accept the receipt
7. If everything goes right you should have the desired amount that you been craving in your account
