Gonna check this out. Is this the guranteed ban method? Will update.

UPDATE
This method does infact work, BUT be cautious when using this method. Blizzard is locking down and will IP ban your account if you are caught abusing this system. I recommend doing this a maximum of 3x a day with a VPN on a new account in an emulator. Otherwise good luck!
