Steps:
Order item. Do this on the mobile app for Joom for bigger discounts.
Wait for item to arrive.
Inside the app, go to My Orders and click on the item you got.
Look for the delivery time right above the tracking info.
Where it says "no later than" is the date you can request a refund. Joom will send your money back within 14 days.
If you see the screen here at [url=https://imgur.com/a/isVmqd2]https://imgur.com/a/isVmqd2[/url], you need to wait a bit longer.
The reason why this works is because Joom checks the tracking information when you request a refund, and the tracking information is invalidated once the product leaves China, with free shipping ONLY. This makes it look like the item was lost during shipping, which makes it eligible for a refund.
Plus, if the phone DOES get blacklisted, it will most likely be blacklisted only in China, so it will work fine in NA.
