[hide]So this method is pretty simple, and works a good 90% of the time. You don't need a credit card or anything like that, and fake person generators work great.
Method:
Hop on a VPN, go to a US ip
Go to one.com
Get the domain you want
Click purchase the domain
Go to a fake person generator
Fill out all the personal details with the fake details
Make sure to set the country to GERMANY
Make sure to put a valid email and phone number (use a tempmail for the email (the email has to work) )
Click continue
Say you will pay by bank transfer
Click done
if you get something like this:
then you did the method right. If not, try the method again until you get a page like that.[/hide]
