Hello everyone a lot of people were wondering how to do this and well its quite simple, leechers can leave no point of them having one so enjoy.
Instructions:

1. Search on Google a Gif once found one right click and save as(e.g pic.Gif)
2. Go to this website and click Choose File select your Gif file.
3. Click upload and wait.
4. Once upload has completed go to the width and height boxes and enter 175 into each and click Resize Image.(You can also edit your Gif if you want)
5. Click save and it should be downloaded next go to your profile avater and choose the downloaded file and click change avater.
