Sentry MBA(DOMINOS) getting hits but logins not working :( HELP

Im using sentry mba and every hit i tried to log on with returned invalid. Is it the program or my config?

Also does anyone have a working dominos config that checks for cc on account or pizzas ??? Please help the kid
