2. Wait for arrival in the mail

 

3. Wait a day

 

4. Email "help@zumiez.com" and say you didn't get your order and make it a few sentences. Include stuff about where you checked.

 

5. They will respond confirming your address for a replacement (If you want a replacement just confirm ur address no further steps are needed)

 

6. Say it is the correct address but you aren't going to be home to accept the package.

 
7. They will refund ur money​
