Every time you make a purchase, you're given a receipt with a survey code. You can complete their survey to receive a code for either a free Quarter Pounder or an Egg McMuffin.

What if you purchased a $1 dollar drink? You could complete the survey while you're in the McDonald's and proceed to receive free food.
